ACTEL, eASIC and Adaptive Silicon Host 'A Programmable Ice Cream Social' And Panel Discussion on Embedded Programmable Logic
WHAT:
Actel, eASIC and Adaptive Silicon invite you to kick-off DAC 2001
with ``A Programmable Ice Cream Social,'' at which attendees are invited to
configure their own ice cream sundaes.
Immediately following the social, the
companies will host a panel discussion titled, ``Embedded Programmable Logic in
SOCs: The Time Has Come,'' to highlight the issues and challenges associated
with embedded programmable logic.
Ron Wilson, editorial director and group
research director for Integrated System Design, will lead panelists in a
discussion of market opportunities, applications and the feasibility and
practicality of adding embedded programmable logic cores to ASIC and ASSP SoC
designs.
The floor will also be opened for a question and answer session at
